You must regularly maintain your HVAC system to ensure that it continues to run as long as possible. If you fail to do so, then you might notice issues – or it will eventually fail, meaning you’ll have to put out thousands of dollars long before you should have.

Bill Reynolds Heating & Air Conditioning has specialists on staff that can perform all types of HVAC maintenance to ensure that you receive consistent performance from your system – and that it lasts its full lifespan.

Regular maintenance is absolutely vital for several important reasons.

Preservation of manufacturer warranty coverage

Maintaining your equipment annually is a requirement of furnace & A/C manufactures to assure your warranty doesn’t become void. Any failures due to lack of maintenance is not covered

Reliability

Obviously, it’s critical that your heating/ cooling equipment is up to the task when the weather gets extreme.

Efficiency

Properly adjusted and maintained heating and cooling equipment can save you significantly on operating costs. Our clean and checks are designed to test, measure, adjust, and clean your equipment. We will verify that you are getting the capacity and efficiency out of your system that it is designed to provide.

Reducing cost of ownership

A properly maintained heating and/ or cooling system will require significantly less out-of-pocket investments in repairs due to breakdowns, than a system that has not been serviced regularly.

Safety

At the end of the day, nothing in the world matters more than the safety, health, and comfort of those we care about. We perform a comprehensive safety check on all your equipment that can reveal potential dangers and correct them.

What is included:

Diagnostic/Safety cleaning and inspection of your heating and air conditioning system, including carbon monoxide test and combustion gas analyzer to determine true efficiency of your system.
Safety inspection of your hot water heater
Inspection of your humidifier
Inspection of your air cleaner/filter system
Two FREE diagnostic service calls per year, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) *Outside of these hours, the service call will be the difference between regular business hours and night service. (Note: One free call applies if only one piece of equipment such as furnace only or AC only on contract)
20% discount on filters, air cleaner media and humidifier water panels.(Does not apply to new equipment.)
20% discount on all parts and labor if repairs are needed. (Discounts do not apply to installation of new equipment)
24 hour service, 7 days a week
